*Job Overview*
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the sales activities within a specific geographic region (Mid-States Region TX, LA, OK, AR, MO, KS, IL, IA, NB, SD, ND, MN, WI). This is a multi-state territory. You will work primarily from home, but travel throughout your territory will be necessary for success. Haffner N.A. sells aluminum processing machinery with CNC and/or manual controls. You will work to drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with clients. Experience with Machinery/Machine Tools desired.
*Duties*
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Develop and implement strategies for business development and market expansion
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets (Not required).
- Generate leads through various channels and follow up on sales opportunities
- Provide account management support to ensure customer satisfaction
*Skills*
- Proficiency in technical sales and software solutions. Experience with machine tools preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in outside sales and lead generation
- Strong business acumen with a focus on sales strategies and market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
