Wake Hut Sales Associate
Summary
The Hagadone Marine Group is looking for individuals to 2 retail locations. We are one of the county’s leading marine facilities with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identifies the customer needs and fulfills them by helping customers select the best watersports and/or accessory solutions.
- Resolves customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner and always looks for ways to better serve our customers
- Effectively communicates with customers & Wake Hut team on a timely basis.
- Maintains neat and orderly displays, with accessories and supplies well merchandised to present a professional appearance and increase sales
- Ensures accuracy of inventory, controls shrinkage and obsolescence
- Supports Hagadone Marine Group in the execution of successful boat shows, store and off-site sales/customer events, including accessory sales as appropriate
Qualifications & Expectations
- Promotes teamwork, and supports other team members, departments and locations to ensure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale.
