Fulfillment Associate - First Shift

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of orders in a warehouse setting.

Starting Wage: From $15.00 per hour paid training. Base pay plus overtime, benefits, 401K, employee discounts and incentives offered along with the potential for promotion within the company!

Duties:
- organize, pack and ship orders accurately
- Perform quality control checks on outbound orders
- Utilize RF scanners to verify accuracy of orders
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment

Requirements:
- Be a reliable, motivated team-player who performs all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently and within company policy and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity targets
- Be capable of standing, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying and walking throughout a warehouse
- Be able to handle items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to follow instructions from Warehouse Supervisors
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.

Schedule:

Full-Time 8 hour shift Monday through Friday 7:00am -3:30pm

Overtime availability with time and a half compensation

Average Hours: 40 per week with scheduled OT as needed.
