Tattoo Shop Manager

Hailin Tattoo is a renowned tattoo studio, committed to delivering high-quality artistry and a superior client experience. We are looking for a motivated, experienced, and organized Shop Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the tattoo industry and skilled in managing the day-to-day operations of a thriving studio.

Duties

• Oversee daily operations and ensure a clean, smooth, organized workflow
• Manage scheduling for artists and client appointments
• Handle shop finances, including payments, supply ordering, and budgeting
• Maintain inventory of supplies and manage vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with health department regulations and safety standards
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for staff and clients
• Manage social media accounts and assist with marketing efforts
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries
• Recruit, train, and supervise tattoo artists, apprentices, and other staff members

Experience

• Proven experience in a managerial or administrative role, preferably in a tattoo shop or creative environment
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is a must
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of tattoo industry regulations, best practices, and trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Proficiency in managing finances and scheduling
• Social media and marketing experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
