Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating heavy equipment and a solid understanding of various construction processes. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of machinery on site, contributing to the successful completion of projects.

Duties

• Operate heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, and dump trucks for various construction tasks.
• Manage concrete mixers and pumps to ensure proper mixing and delivery of concrete.
• Assist in paving operations, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
• Execute concrete forming and finishing tasks with precision.
• Install rebar according to project requirements and safety standards.
• Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections and minor repairs as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow on the construction site.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with concrete mixers, excavators, and dump trucks.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Familiarity with construction site operations and safety practices.
• Experience in concrete forming, finishing, paving, and pumping is highly desirable.
• Valid commercial driving license preferred for operating commercial vehicles on site.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
