The US NRM Business Owner will drive profitable growth by making Net Revenue Management a core capability within the Commercial organization. This role ensures NRM becomes a strategic asset to optimize margin and reinvest in brand and customer-building initiatives. The position collaborates closely with Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, and Strategy teams.
The US NRM Business Owner is an experienced revenue management operations professional who leads efforts to identify, implement, and optimize processes that drive revenue growth. This role establishes analytics, tools, and methods to measure internal and external opportunities for margin improvement.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Drive consistency across all NRM pillars and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Champion end-user process excellence, providing troubleshooting support and training for new users.
- Educate users on system functionality and business impact, including steps to investigate and resolve issues.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy to meet strategic P&L and financial accrual expectations.
- Collaborate with Global and Local Tech Teams and business stakeholders to prioritize and implement system enhancements.
- Own implementation of system improvements for the US market in partnership with global development teams.
- Develop new NRM tools and processes, ensuring smooth adoption and continuous feedback from stakeholders.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with strategists, process owners, and subject matter experts to embed NRM into business practices.
- The position is based in Warren, NJ, and follows a hybrid model, requiring an in-office presence of 3 days per week.
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 years of experience in the Consumer Goods industry.
- Proven cross-functional expertise across Commercial (Sales/Marketing), Finance, Insights, and Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Net Revenue Management, including strategy, analysis, and implementation.
- Ability to redesign processes and systems for greater efficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate complex issues.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

- Master’s degree or MBA.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams, including global markets.
- Proven success in driving stakeholder engagement and alignment across departments.
