Hales AC is a leading HVAC service company specializing in residential AC and heat pump systems across the Tampa Bay area.
Job Description : Hales AC is seeking a motivated and reliable Install Helper to join our installation team. As an Install Helper, you will assist with the installation of residential HVAC systems, working in a variety of settings, including attics.
You will support our experienced installers to ensure that all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with the installation of residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers.
- Support lead installers with setup, clean-up, and any required tasks on job sites.
- Carry out tasks safely and efficiently, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Work in attics and other confined spaces as required.
- Handle basic hand tools and equipment necessary for installations.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
Qualifications :
- Some HVAC experience preferred, but not required; we’re willing to train the right candidate.
- Basic hand tools and knowledge of how to use them.
- EPA certification required.
- Must be comfortable working in attics and other tight or hot spaces.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
