What You’ll Own
- End‑to‑end operational systems (listing, transaction, compliance, customer service)
- FUB (CRM) governance, optimization, automations, and reporting
- SOP library creation and adoption
- AI and automation integration across all functions
- Operational scorecard and KPIs
- Leadership of the Ops team (internal virtual)
- Vendor management
- Cross‑functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, and Finance

- 5–10 years in operations leadership
