Hallmark Youthcare is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, creative, and community-connected Recruiter to join our Human Resources team!
Hallmark Youthcare is a behavioral health facility dedicated to helping adolescents overcome emotional and psychological challenges. We foster a healing environment focused on compassionate care, teamwork, and positive outcomes.
Position: Recruiter
Location: Richmond, VA
Schedule: Full-Time | On-site

What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans aligned with our organizational goals.
- Design and host hiring events, job fairs, and local outreach campaigns.
- Utilize social media and digital platforms to promote job openings and engage talent.
- Build and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, and community organizations.
- Screen, interview, and recommend high-quality candidates for various roles.
- Bring innovative, out-of-the-box ideas to attract and retain passionate talent.
- Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting priorities.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience (healthcare or mental health a strong plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in community outreach, networking, and employer branding.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience recruiting for behavioral health, youth services, or healthcare roles.
- Background in HR strategy, talent development.
