Join the HALO B&B Family Medicine team in Palm Desert, CA. We are hiring a full time Front Office Coordinator with a Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm schedule. The Receptionist will work closely with the clinical and operational team to serve a diverse population of patients in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities: Answer phones, greet incoming patients and visitors, patient registration and insurance verification, and collect co-pays.
Qualifications: One year of customer service experience, bilingual, basic computer skills and medical terminology highly preferred.
