Schedule
Monday through Friday day shifts, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities Include:
Perform meat cutting, trimming, slicing, and portioning subprimals of beef, pork, lamb, and veal following USDA guidelines.
Inspect meat products for defects, bruises, or blemishes and perform Quality Control checks.
Comprehend and follow customer-specific special instructions.
Separate and seal meats and byproducts into specified containers.
Work with supervisors and production managers to schedule production effectively.
What We Require:
Minimum of 6 months experience in cutting and trimming meats in various ways accurately and efficiently.
Working knowledge of production equipment and adherence to company's Quality Control procedures.
Problem-solving skills for trimming and product substitutions.
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a positive attitude.
Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with Meat Buyer's Guide specifications related to internal product specifications.
