Tool Room Machinist

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate both CNC and manual tool room equipment including mills, lathes, drill presses, grinders and EDM machines
• Perform routine mold maintenance, general repairs and mold changeovers
• Use and read tool room measuring devices accurately
• Experience with Fanuc conversational and G code CNC controls
• CAM software experience: AutoDesk, HSM
• Knowledge of various hand tools needed to disassemble and reassemble tools/equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred Associate's degree
• 3 years of machinist experience (will consider combination of school and experience)
• Must be flexible with work scheduling as well as overtime as business needs dictate
