We are currently hiring qualified REGISTERED NURSING SUPERVISOR to become part of our team!
Hamden Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is a 153-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility situated in Hamden, Connecticut. We specialize in short- and long-term care, and have a secure memory care unit. We are located right in the heart of New Haven County, in close proximity to Yale New Haven Hospitals, yet conveniently only seconds from route 10, which runs throughout New Haven county.

Full Time 40 hours (4 day work week, including every other weekend) 2- 12 hour shifts and 2 - 8 hour shifts)
Part time 28 hours - No Weekends 2- 8 hour shifts and 1-12 hour shift
RN Supervisor Qualifications
· current CT RN license
· excellent assessment skills
· ability to communicate and work well with coworkers
· excellent customer service skills
· prior long term care experience preferred
RN Responsibilities:
· Conduct unit rounds ensuring that clinical practices are delivered within the facilities established standard of care.
· Coordinate, direct and oversee all aspects of nursing care
· Demonstrate competence in leadership and relevant clinical experience
· Communicate with physicians and other health care professionals; comply with orders in a timely manner
· Maintain standards of care in accordance with regulatory agencies
