Job Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts at Hamee US Corp. This role is ideal for a dynamic marketing professional with a strong background in digital marketing and influencer partnerships, and a passion for Japanese/Korean pop culture, anime, or related industries.
As Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that align with company goals, manage a small but growing marketing team, and oversee key digital channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You will also work closely with our sales and e-commerce teams to launch impactful campaigns, analyze performance data, and collaborate with our B2B partners on joint initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company ORK and sales targets
- Manage the marketing team’s performance, including setting objectives and conducting regular performance reviews
- Oversee and optimize online marketing channels such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and others
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to guide future strategies
- Collaborate with the sales and e-commerce teams to drive revenue through marketing campaigns
- Partner with our customers to plan and execute joint marketing campaigns and events
- Work closely with product development to identify and capitalize on emerging trends, providing valuable feedback for new product creation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in marketing within the toy industry, Japanese/Korean pop culture, anime, or a related field
- 3 years of prior experience managing a team of 2–5 members
- Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and OKR system, with the ability to set strategic goals and confidently articulate performance metrics and results
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to analyze data and collaborate with the sales and e-commerce teams to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns
- Strong understanding of various marketing channels and tools
- Willingness to travel as needed to attend trade shows and networking events
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred skills:
- Strong background in digital marketing, including strategy development and execution
- In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing, including identifying, managing, and evaluating influencer partnerships
