About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for meeting operational goals to support sales initiatives. This role supports all channels of the business, the shop, wholesale and online sales. You’ll be accountable for establishing operational processes while enhancing the existing procedures. You’ll be Customer CURIOUS as you support and improve the customer experience and satisfaction through key metrics related to inventory, shipping, receiving, customer satisfaction while ensuring revenue goals are a top focus.
What You'll Do
Drive accountability and standardized best practices and leverage support functions to optimize operational performance while meeting goals.
- Own the inventory mgmt for all channels through hands on leadership and delegation
- Backrooms
- Shipping & Receiving
- WHSL & online process planning to scale future growth
- Monthly/quarterly order management (planning and physical check in and organization)
- Embrace continuous improvement through agility and process development
- Act as employee advocate by supporting policy and procedure and maintaining effective communication
- Be a leader on the sales floor through the C.U.R.I.O.U.S customer journey
- Take the lead as key holder as directed by the shop manager with the top priority for hitting revenue goals
