We are hiring for a Splicing & As-Built Manager position in Denver, Colorado, in a remote role.
Responsibilities
- Review, update, and maintain redline drawings to reflect field changes during construction.
- Create and finalize as-built documentation upon project completion, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collect, organize, and document splicing information from field splicers, including fiber assignments, splice diagrams.
- Collaborate with design engineers and field teams to reconcile discrepancies between design and field conditions.
- Verify splicing documentation aligns with network design and routing plans.
- Generate deliverables for internal and external stakeholders, including final map packages and splicing records.
- Maintain document version control and ensure all project documentation meets company and client standards.
- Support the Quality Control (QC) process for as-built submissions.
- Assist in developing and improving documentation standards and workflows.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in fiber splicing, OSP construction, or OSP documentation.
- Experience with OSP design software such as ArcGIS, and AutoCAD
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments.
