Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Health Aide. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Duties:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living; including bathing, dressing, grooming
- Report condition of client to primary nurse
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Assist with meal planning and/or preparation
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to our clients
- Follow all HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Provide specialized care such as catheter care and skin care
- Assist with home exercise programs
Skills:
- Registered CNA required
- Experience in caregiving or a related field required
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families; communicate with nursing staff
- Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining professionalism
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic understanding of healthcare procedures
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently with minimal supervision appropriately

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 30 per week
