What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Associate position at Hamilton, Manor & Associates?
We're looking for a Client Services Associate to join our small, established financial planning firm located in La Jolla.
*This is a fully on-site position
Job Duties:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Scheduling client appointments
- Bookkeeping
- Providing administrative support to principal and other staff as needed
- Maintaining client files
- Assisting with miscellaneous projects
- Distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail
- Greeting clients
- Performing other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Prior customer service experience in a professional environment
Starting pay: $27/hr benefits

This is a full-time position; hours are Monday -Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am - 3:00pm.
