We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Pactical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Unit Manager . As the Unit Manager you will manage administrative and functional areas or programs within the Nursing Department. Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in overall operation of the department in accordance with company policies, and standards of nursing practices and government regulations, so as to provide the highest quality of care.

Job Requirements Of Unit Manager RN Or LPN

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Minimum of two (2) years nursing experience.
• One (1) to two (2) years management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have LTC/Acute care experience
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.
