Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Answer calls and emails, schedule plumbing appointments, and provide timely updates to customers.
- Scheduling & Dispatching: Efficiently assign plumbing jobs to team members and manage daily schedules.
- Administrative Support: Handle data entry, maintain accurate records, and assist with basic office tasks.
- Communication: Serve as the key liaison between customers and the plumbing team, ensuring all jobs are coordinated effectively.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant or service dispatcher
- Polished and professional in both presentation and demeanor
- Expertise in customer service and administrative support

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
