Key Responsibilities:
- Cook, prepare, and present dishes according to precise recipes, portion sizes, and chef's specifications.
- Maintain the highest quality standards in preparation, cooking times, correct doneness, texture, temperature, and presentation of each dish.
- Inspect the freshness of ingredients before use.
- Follow the preparation list and update it as needed.
- Communicate effectively with fellow cooks and chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques, styles, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures.
- A commitment to excellence, high standards, and sound judgment in making timely decisions.
- Versatility, flexibility, and enthusiasm for adapting to changing priorities.
- Acute attention to detail and precision in executing all culinary tasks.
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the United States.
