Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. This role requires collaboration with the front-of-house team to enhance sales and ensure customer satisfaction in a fine dining setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to provide seamless service during busy shifts, particularly during banquets and catering events.
• Engage with guests, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink offerings.
• Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, assisting in ordering as necessary.
• Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and various beverage types to enhance guest experiences.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, brewing methods, and beverage pairings.
• Familiarity with food safety practices is essential.
• Excellent math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.

Pay: $10.58 - $16.61 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
