What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor position at Hampton by Hilton?
We’re looking for a Night Auditor to join our team for night audit. This team member will assist guests with their overnight requests and balance accounts from the day shift. Making reservations and answering the phone. The Night Auditor will also assist with breakfast set up.
Ultimately, you will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly.
Attention to detail and reliability is a must. Requirements for this position: you need to have at minimum of 2 years of hotel night audit experience On-Q experience preferred.
