We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales efforts and requires a candidate who is adept at multitasking and possesses excellent communication skills. The Sales Support Specialist will play a critical role in client interaction, sales processing, and event management, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales activities.

General Responsibilities:

- Facilitating sales communications company-wide.

- Project Board Monitoring and Reporting.

- Coordinate transportation and accommodation for conferences and events.

- Assist with logistics for community events and promotions.

- Research and create a list of events/conferences to attend.

- Implement improvements to increase operational efficiency.

- Create standard operating procedures for administrative tasks.

- Strengthening relationships with current clients and researching new partnership opportunities.

- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other client-related documents.

- Coordinate shipment schedules and special orders with the warehouse.

Expected Proficiencies / Tools You'll Be Using:

- Utilize FunnelFlo.io and Instantly.ai for marketing analysis and strategy implementation.

- Engage with LinkedIn Groups for community management and outreach.

- Use LinkedIn for visual marketing and audience engagement.

- Employ Microsoft 365 for documentation and data management.

- Leverage Outlook and Outlook Calendar for communication and scheduling.

- Utilize Pipedrive as CRM.

- Use Shopify as POS.

- Use Monday as project management software.

- Work with Teams and Microsoft Outlook for team collaboration and email management.

- Use Chat GPT for AI-driven tasks and assistance.

Requirements:

- Effective in both written and verbal communication.

- Proactive, independent, and reliable.

- Remains calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

- Displays a positive attitude, empathy, and friendliness.

- Provides excellent client and customer service.

- Demonstrates resourcefulness and good judgment.

- Manages time and tasks effectively.

- Adapts quickly to new technology and software.

- Requires a fast and reliable internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Associate degree or higher, or relevant work experience.

- Strong problem-solving and proactive thinking skills.

- Highly motivated with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
