The Hampton Inn & Suites in Duluth, MN is currently seeking friendly, outgoing, service oriented individuals to join our team at the front desk. Previous customer service is a plus, but is not necessary.
The Front Desk associate is responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel quickly, efficiently and courteously using the property management system; processing all payments; providing information and great customer service to guests and visitors of the hotel.
Job Requirements:
Must be able to stand for 8 hours.
Must be available to work weekends
