Hampton Inn Broussard Lafayette Area in Broussard, LA is looking for one night auditor manager to join our 31 person strong team. We are located on 146 Heritage Pkwy. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming and checking in late-arriving guests.
- Assisting guests with questions, requests, and emergencies throughout the night.
- Running the night audit: balancing daily financial transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and setting up information for management.
- Preparing and setting up breakfast service areas for guests.
- Addressing guest complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Handling reservations, wake-up calls, and other guest needs as required.
Qualifications
- Should have prior work experience in hospitality or a related field and a genuine nature to assist guests with their needs
