We are looking for a Hotel Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.

We are looking for a part-time employee who is available to work from 7am-3pm.  Priority is given to applicants with open scheduling availability, including nights and weekends. 

The successful candidate will be welcoming, efficient, professional, and determined to deliver a quality product with sensational service to every guest every time.

As Front Desk Representative, the employee is the first point of contact with the guest. Not only responsible to check guests in and out but will ensure that each guest is more than comfortable with their stay and provide guests with the best possible service

Duties include:

  • Accurate handling of guest reservation, check-in, check-out, payment, including credit card and cash handling procedures
  • Proficient administration of the hotel's electronic reservation system
  • Prompt, friendly response to guest requests or concerns with follow-up to ensure satisfaction
  • Compliance with hotel safety programs and brand procedures, including emergency and security systems
  • Supplying information on hotel services and area information and directions

Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must have ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays if needed
  • Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with constant guest interaction
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
  • Must possess basic computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, etc.
  • Must be 18 years or older
