What are the responsibilities and job description for the Breakfast Attendant position at Hampton Inn & Suites Jamestown?
Hampton Inn & Suites Jamestown in Jamestown, ND is looking for one part time and one full time breakfast attendants to join our team. It does start at 5am so a morning person is a must.
Responsibilities
- Prepare breakfast starting at 5am.
- Use of convection oven and microwave to cook breakfast food.
- Follow FIFO (first in first out) method on all products.
- Wash, rinse, sanitize, dry, and put away all dishes at end of day.
- Maintain cleanliness of both kitchen, and breakfast/dining area.
- Ensure that the breakfast bar is stocked of food and supplies at all times.
- Ensure that all food orders that arrive are put away.
- Ensures all new product is dated and stored correctly.
- Ensures all food is at the correct temps.
- Maintains the coffee bar during shifts.
- Greets guests as they enter the breakfast area.
- Interact with guests periodically throughout the shift.
- Helps ensure the satisfaction and happiness of all guests.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage time effectively to ensure completion of tasks
- Knowledge of cleaning practices and procedure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen effectively
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under little supervision
