What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Clerk position at HAMPTON INN SUITES?
We are currently accepting applications for a full time front desk clerk.
The hours Varey weekly 25-30 hours.
Must be willing to learn all three shifts
Am:7-3
PM: 3-11
OVERNIGHT: 11-7
The primary shifts needed are 3-11
Job duties include:
Responsibilities
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
- answering all phone calls
- making reservations promptly.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
