Job Overview
As a Front Desk Agent at our hotel, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and check them in/out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
-Assist other departments during downtime
- Assist with night audit procedures when required
-7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred
- Proficiency in phone systems and phone etiquette
- Strong guest relations skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for assisting international guests
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for effective communication with diverse guests
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
