Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30a to 5p

The Account Receivable Site Specialist will work alongside the clinic staff to review daily schedules to insure co-payments insurance verification, authorizations, third party and miscellaneous payer information are accurate. The Account Receivable Site Specialist has regular communication with clients, co-workers, vendors and insurance companies. Interviews new and current clients to gather financial information. Explains agency billing practices, co-payments and sliding fee scales to clients and payers.

Requirements: Two (2) years experience working in accounts receivable, collections, or healthcare arena of which at least 1 year must be in an automated computer based system.
The selected candidate must successfully pass a criminal history fingerprint background investigation, Child Registry search, drug screening test and employment reference checks.
