Job Summary:
The Automotive Service Advisor interacts with thousands of customers, focusing on building customer loyalty by developing trust and confidence in Hanania as a caregiver for the customer vehicle safety and reliability. This role requires someone passionate about taking care of the customer, with a specialty in creating and helping maintain a positive experience. This role requires juggling many customers, priorities, and follow-ups throughout the day.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Setting, confirming, and preparing appointments with customers to expedite the service experience.
- Greeting customers in a timely and friendly manner.
- Determining vehicle needs based on customer information and a vehicle walk-around.
- Using a consultative selling process to assist customers in planning for ongoing required vehicle maintenance.
- Producing repair orders for customers with full transparency including cost and time estimates.
- Communicating frequently with Technicians and Parts Associates to ensure timely job order completion.
- Following up with customers on the status of their vehicles and ensuring satisfaction.
- Creating a great vehicle delivery experience for the customer.
- Setting and achieving targeted sales goals.
- Building superior product knowledge to effectively help customers with service maintenance requirements and warranty information.

- Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test).
Education & Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the service department.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
