Human Resources Assistant

The ideal candidate will have at least one year experience in Human Resources.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs customer service functions by answering team member requests and questions.
  • Assists in benefits implementation and enrollment for team members.
  • Verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
  • Submits the online investigation requests and assists with new team member background checks, MVRs, and drug screens.
  • Assists with recruitment and interview process.
  • Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by HR Manager.
  • Makes photocopies, fax documents and performs other clerical functions.
  • Creates, updates, and maintains team member files.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Adaptability – Team Member adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands, and is able to adjust to frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Dependability – Team Member consistently arrives at work on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance.

Must be capable of passing background check, drug screening, and possess a clean driving record.
