Qualifications
- You are a current and in good standing member of the Virginia State Bar (or able to waive in).
- You have 1-8 years of corporate transactional or real estate experience, including contract review.
- Experience in healthcare corporate or real estate in private practice or other settings is preferred but not required.
- You have a strong academic record and references.
- You are a smart, driven attorney seeking to learn and grow in a team environment,
- You are dedicated to excellent client service and have a passion for the practice of law.
