Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our spa. This role involves leading a team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and assisting the Spa Manager with sales, staffing, and overall business performance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:Customer Service & Sales
- Provide an outstanding experience to all clients by ensuring top-tier service.
- Educate clients on membership benefits, spa services, and retail products to drive sales.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Operations
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing front desk associates and service providers.
- Lead by example, ensuring team members meet performance and customer service standards.
- Manage the daily schedule to optimize staff productivity and appointment bookings.
- Support the Spa Manager in maintaining a positive work environment.
Administrative & Financial Tasks
- Oversee cash handling, membership sales, and reporting procedures.
- Ensure compliance with spa policies, industry regulations, and health/safety guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of retail and spa supplies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Prior experience in a leadership role (preferably in a spa, salon, or hospitality setting).
- Strong sales and customer service skills with a passion for wellness and self-care.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team while fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and POS systems is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
