Hand and Stone Winchester is seeking a Spa Sales Associate to work at our front desk. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than outstanding!

Sales experience is preferred, but not mandatory to be successful in this position. Responsibilities:
- Meet membership sales goals
- Detailed knowledge of the menu of services – don’t worry, we’ll train you!
- Have excellent customer service to members and guests, while building relationships that last
- Capable of working flexible hours
- Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
- Uphold spa cleanliness standards
- Bring a positive and energetic attitude
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
- Perform various other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- An exceptionally organized individual with great attention to detail
- A strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Capability to work flexible hours including mornings, nights and weekends
- Interest or knowledge in the Spa and Wellness industry
- Have reliable transportation to and from work
- Critical thinking skills, including conflict resolution
- A fast learner with a positive attitude
