Job Description

Position: Warehouse associate/ Forklift operator- Full-time with excellent benefits

Shift available:

Morning shift - 6:00am - 2:30pm

Mid-shift - 12:00pm - 8:30pm

Night shift - 8:30pm - 5:00am

Job Description:

Hanjin Global Logistics is seeking capable and career-oriented individuals to work in our fast-paced warehouse operations. Our warehouse agents are responsible for receiving and picking inventory and delivering exceptional customer service to all of our air cargo customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload shipments by utilizing equipment such as forklifts
• Operate forklifts to stage and store freight
• Screening of cargo equipment as outlined by the TSA
• Identify prohibited objects in cargo by use of explosive trace detection, physical search, other methodology as outlined by the TSA
• Ability to obtain certification and safely operate forklift and other equipment as needed (All necessary training will be provided)
• Verify documentation and condition of freight to assure quality standards are achieved
• Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds
• Comply with Company Standard Operating Procedures and Policies
• Provide dependable, shift-long coverage of the warehouse facilities to ensure order fulfillment operates as efficiently as possible for the duration of the warehouse associate's shift
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Screening training is required
• Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment including forklifts, tug car, and basic tools. Report any malfunctions, insufficiencies, or necessary repairs through the relevant channels
• Perform daily tasks assigned by Lead Agent, Supervisor or Operations Manager

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• WA valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screening, include drug testing
• Able to obtain airport security/U.S. Customs clearance required / REAL ID compliant
• Previous warehouse and forklift experience preferred
• Strong team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime as needed
• Must have good attendance and punctuality record
• You must be able to read, write, and speak English to the extent necessary to perform the essential functions of the job.
