Nursing Scheduler

Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Location :  Hanover Hall Nursing and Rehab, Hanover, PA

Hanover Hall Nursing and Rehab is seeking an organized and detail-oriented  Nursing Scheduler  to join our team at our skilled nursing facility in Hanover, PA. This key administrative role ensures seamless staffing operations while supporting the overall quality of resident care.

Compensation

  • Pay Rate :  Starting at  $18 / hour , commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and publish monthly staff schedules, manage updates, and approve trades in the absence of or as delegated by the Director of Nursing (DON).
  • Accurately track attendance, including call-offs, tardiness, and early arrivals, and collaborate daily with HR to ensure timely and fair enforcement of attendance policies.
  • Provide comprehensive and timely reports on staffing levels, vacancies, agency use, and other relevant topics to the DON, Facility Administrator, and management.
  • Prepare and submit accurate payroll reports within required timeframes.

    • Qualifications

  • Required :  Previous experience in scheduling, preferably in healthcare.
  • Preferred :  Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
