What are the responsibilities and job description for the Activities Assistant position at Hanover Terrace Health & Rehabilitation Center?
Bear Mountain Healthcare Hanover, a skilled nursing facility in Hanover, NH is currently seeking an Activities Assistant.
The Assistant will plan and implement Activities programs under the supervision of their director to improve the functioning of residents who have a wide variety of physical, cognitive, social, emotional, developmental, or age-related needs. Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever level of ability at which they are currently functioning.
No experience required, will train. Must be reliable, be a team player, and enjoy the elderly and vulnerable population. We require COVID vaccination and follow CDC guidelines.
Schedule will be 5 days per week to include rotating weekends and holidays. Shift will be 10:30 am to 7:00 pm.
