Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Data Analyst III to support a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. This hybrid role focuses on developing, analyzing, and maintaining complex reporting and database solutions that drive operational and financial decision-making.
What you’ll do:Generate internal and external reports to measure productivity, operational efficiency, and business performance.
Revise and enhance existing reports while developing new reporting based on evolving methodologies and business needs.
Analyze report outputs to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency, validating all reporting statistics.
Design, code, and maintain complex database programs for data extraction, analysis, and decision support.
Train employees and managers on reporting tools, database programs, and analytical systems.
Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting needs, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand business processes and translate them into actionable reporting solutions.
- Research and analysis experience (6 years preferred)
Technical Requirements
Strong SQL experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI
Experience with DB2, SQL, relational databases
Familiarity with Visual Basic, Macros, and report automation
Preferred: Tableau, Power Automate, Python, GitHub, MS Access, SAS
