What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Cleaning Staff- South position at Happy Hands Cleaning Service?
We are looking for a Part Time Cleaner who is available to work nights to take care of one of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our facilities in a clean and orderly condition. This is a daily position that is 5 days a week up to 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Make adjustments and minor repairs
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
- Proven working experience as a cleaner
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Integrity
- High school degree
Starting pay is $18 an hour with an additional $1 increase after 90 days.
