What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Technician position at Happy Tails Animal Hospital?
We are a busy three-veterinarian practice looking for a full time, or part time, dedicated and compassionate veterinary technician to add to our practice team. We treat small animals, exotic animals, and large animals (limited). We provide hours for work Monday-Friday (and one Saturday a month) between 7:30 am to 5:30 pm and generally work four, 10 hour days for full time or three 10 hour days for part time.
The ideal candidate is team oriented, works well in a fast paced environment, has excellent communication skills, is attentive and detail oriented, multi tasks well, and has two or more years experience. Experience is preferred, but not required.
Duties will include (but are not limited to) anesthesia, radiology, laboratory, client education, patient treatments, maintaining paperless medical records, etc.
