*Responsibilities*
- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and trends
- Supervise and train staff on customer service best practices
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for assisting multilingual customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Sell products by demonstrating features and benefits
- Maintain stock levels and ensure products are displayed attractively
- Use upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
*Experience*
- Punctuality and Reliability

-Prior experience with cannabis (industry experience is not required)
- Previous experience in a fast pace retail environment
