**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or healthcare provider.
**Qualifications:**
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have an active LPN license in the state of employment.
- Completion of an accredited LPN program.
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities:**
Work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to:
-Provide service support care and treatment to individuals as required
-Promote good health and hygiene
-Administer medication
-Conduct staff education classes
-Review and sign required paperwork in the individuals charts
-Complete quarterly chart reviews
-Review incident reports as needed
-Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
