Provide expert-level administration and support for Windows Server environments.
Manage and maintain a secure and scalable on-premises Active Directory infrastructure.
Configure and support Azure IaaS services and virtual machines.
Lead incident, problem, and change management processes aligned with ITIL best practices.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics using tools such as Wireshark.
Develop and execute PowerShell scripts for system automation and task management.
Monitor and optimize performance for DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server infrastructure.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, demonstrating leadership and strong problem-solving abilities.
