As THE non-profit agency, Harbors' offers you, as the clinician, the opportunity to help develop the best plan of care for your patient. All while having the flexibility to schedule your day around personal and family commitments (kids, soccer games, dental appointments, etc).
Harbors Home Health & Hospice, is adding full time and per diem RN's and LPN's to our valuable teams in both Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties. Responsible for working with our team of health care providers in the patient's home setting. Advancement opportunities, educational reimbursement, and a great benefits package.
SIGN ON BONUS with full time employment!
Home health, hospice, acute care, and/or skilled nursing facility experience preferred, however new nurses are welcome.
Requires current WA state nursing license, drivers license, dependable insured automobile.
