Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic’s calendar.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Check-in and check-out clients efficiently.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper records.
- Assist with billing and processing payments.
- Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in a veterinary clinic or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using veterinary practice management software (e.g., Cornerstone, AVImark) is a plus.
