Job description
The primary purpose of the Housekeeper is to perform the day to day activities of the Housekeeping Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility to assure that our facility is maintained in a clean, safe & comfortable manner.
*Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning carpeted and hard flooring surfaces.
*Housekeeper duties include cleaning front entrance, common and lobby area to include guest restrooms.
*Housekeeper will assist in the cleaning & sanitizing of Resident’s rooms (clean/sanitize bathrooms, floors, beds, walls, ceilings, windows, hallways, recreational areas, dining areas, stairways, elevator, etc…), and trash and biohazard trash pickup.
Job will require some heavy lifting and there is a risk exposure to blood/body fluids.
