DESCRIPTION | Summary Description: The Occupational Therapist - Stepping Stones - Birth to Three Program (OTB23) provides early intervention services in the area of functional capacity, sensorimotor and perceptual development to children from birth to three years old. The OTB23 works with the trans-disciplinary team to develop the Individual Family Service Plan. The OTB23 follows through with additional evaluations and mandated documentation of Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) progress. The OTB23, working with the trans-disciplinary team, communicates evaluation results, goals and progress to parents/family and assists them with obtaining additional community resources as needed.
