We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will support classroom activities, assist in the care of children, and foster an engaging learning environment.
Duties
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
- Provide support in managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.
- Engage with students during activities, encouraging participation and collaboration.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and needs.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.20 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
